Kaushaliya is a representative of every constituent of the Melbourne’s Western Suburbs. Being a Member of the Legislative Council for the Western Metropolitan Region, the most important aspect of Kaushaliya’s job is to represent the concerns and suggestion of people of the Western Suburbs in the Victorian Parliament.

Please contact the office to obtain a Congratulatory Message Form at least six weeks prior to the event, and then return the form to the office with a copy of the birth or marriage certificate. If either of these certificates are unavailable, a statutory declaration will be required.

Aboriginal and Victorian Flags

Aboriginal and Victorian flags are available for eligible community organisations. To find out if your group is eligible and to request a flag, please call or drop by the office and we will organise it on your behalf.
